AV technician

We are looking for a fully trained AV Engineer/Technician to provide onsite support for scheduled AV events and non-standard AV event requirements in Bern.

The engineer will be responsible for supporting planned event engagements, coordinating with business groups, performing pre-event checks and dry runs, and ensuring all AV equipment is properly configured and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-planned calls and coordination sessions with business groups.
• Conduct pre-event testing and dry runs to ensure AV readiness.
• Provide onsite AV setup and technical support for scheduled events.
• Configure, test, and monitor AV equipment before and during events.
• Remain onsite in the event room for the defined support duration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly during live events.
• Ensure smooth operation of presentation, display, audio, video, and meeting-room equipment.
• Work according to scheduled engagements submitted through MS Digital tools/processes.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide high-quality support to business users.
• Only fully trained and experienced AV Engineers will be considered for this engagement.
